Universal Robots Core Training

- TRAINING DESIGNED FOR THE COBOT USER
Universal Robots Academy training workshops are designed to maximize learning through hands-on practice essential to mastering cobot programming. A structured curriculum developed by Universal Robots covers a comprehensive range of core skills while small class sizes allow for flexibility in pace and trainer interaction to keep all participants engaged throughout the class.
- MODULES MADE FOR EVERY LEARNING NEED
UR Academy Training Workshops are built to allow users to dive deeper into the potential uses and applications of their cobots. Several workshop modules are available, each with specific learning objectives to cater to users with varying needs and levels of experience.
- THE CORE MODULE
The Core Module offers opportunities for users to experience hands-on, guided practice with UR cobots. The workshop will empower users to perform complex programming tasks in-house to facilitate in-house collaborative innovations and the development of patented applications for cobots.

Basic Industrial Hydraulics (3 days)

This course covers the fundamentals and principles of industrial hydraulics. The construction, operation and uses of individual hydraulic components are a major part of this program. It is designed for operation, maintenance, repair and some minor trouble shooting of industrial applications and machinery.

Mitsubishi GX Works3 Training (4 days)

This course is intended to introduce and take an in-depth look at the features and programming languages of the GX Works3 software. It provides full description of Ladder, ST, SFC, and FB/LD languages utilizing label based programming.

Mitsubishi GX Works2 Programing (3 days)

This course is intended to introduce the GX Works2 programming software and programming in ladder logic. This course covers the concepts of ladder programming, as well as the features of the GX Works2 software. The material covered will include concepts applicable to the FX Series, L Series, and Q Series programmable controller families.

Mitsubishi VFD Training (1 day)

Mitsubishi Electric is known for its durable and dependable VFDs in the most adverse environments. This course is designed to introduce the fundamentals of the E700 Series Variable Frequency Drives. Topics include AC motors, VFD theory, load types, hardware, parameters, configuration, installation, and real-world applications. FR Configurator software will be used in this course.

3Mitsubishi D77 Motion (2 days)

This course is intended to familiarize the attendee with the QD77 family of motion control modules, and the software needed to configure and maintain a motion system.  Topics include GX Works 2 configuration, intelligent function utility, Simple Motion Module Setting Tool, memory layout, buffer memory allocation, I/O allocation, module parameters, servo parameters, homing methods, positioning data, jogging, and basic troubleshooting. 

 

PLC PROGRAMMING IS NOT COVERED IN THIS COURSE. PRIOR MITSUBISHI PLC EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
