Gusher Pumps

7800 Series Horizontal Pumps
Capacities up to 410 gpm | Pressures up to 290’ TDH
Gusher 7800 Series horizontal pumps provide years of reliable, low-maintenance operation. Custom-manufacturing and design flexibility suit exact installation specifications with long coupled options, choice of material, and impeller variations. Problem-solving design features, such as the Back Pullout Design eliminate common operation and maintenance hassles.

Vortex Series Horizontal Pumps
Capacities up to 2,400 gpm | Pressures up to 200’ TDH
Gusher Vortex Series Pumps provide years of trouble-free, low maintenance operation in applications with high levels of solids or entrained air. Vortex pumps handle solids and fibrous materials without clogging. Their design moves liquids and oils containing up to 30% entrained air with no adverse effects on suction performance. Low flows are not a problem for Vortex pumps, as the design allows throttling to a low performance range unacceptable to many centrifugal pumps.

GTPK Series Pumps
RAE’s GTPK Series self-priming pumps operating parameters:

RAE's GTPHK Series vertical multistage centrifugal pumps are designed for use in higher volume industrial applications:

GMVCP Series Pumps
RAE’s GMVCP Series non self-priming pumps handle the largest flow volumes:

The series includes four models; each offers a number of stage and impeller configurations as standard to suit installation and performance requirements. RAE also offers replacement mechanical seals for the pumps in this series. Comparable to Grundfos CRK Series pumps.

MSVF Series Vertical Pumps
RAE's MSVF Series vertical multistage external mount pumps are designed for industrial use to carry fluids such as water, coolant, light oil and other clean, non-aggressive fluids.

These self-priming external mount pumps feature a coupling connection between the pump and motor. Stainless steel construction ensures corrosion-free operation. Please Note: MSVF pumps offer full stainless steel wetted construction. All metal parts in contact with the pumped liquid are made of stainless steel. Comparable to Grundfos CR Series pumps.

GTPH Series Horizontal Pumps
RAE's GTPH Series horizontal end suction multistage pumps are intended for industrial use to carry clean water and fluids without abrasives.

Reliable, quiet, and compact, these non-self-priming pumps feature a coupling connection between the pump shaft and motor shaft. Comparable to Grundfos CH Series pumps.

CFH Series Horizontal Pumps
CFH Series horizontal coupling-free pumps carry clean water and mildly aggressive fluids without abrasives with these flow volumes:

The series includes six horizontal models; each is available in cast iron with stainless steel impeller or all stainless construction to suit application requirements. RAE also offers replacement O-rings and Mechanical Seals for the horizontal pumps in this series.

CFV Series Vertical Pumps
RAE’s CFV Series vertical immersion pumps carry clean water and mildly aggressive fluids without abrasives with these flow volumes:

The series includes six horizontal models; each is available in cast iron with stainless steel impeller or all stainless construction to suit application requirements.

VBV Series Sealless Vertical Immersion Pumps
RAE’s VBV Series vertical immersion pumps are intended for industrial use to carry fluids such as water, coolant, light oil and other clean, non-aggressive fluids. These dependable, cost-effective pumps are designed for drop-in replacement of pumps supplied on common machine tool systems and are available with flows of 6 to 46 gpm.
Comparable to AMT, Fuji, Graymills, Hitachi, Mitsubishi, Toshiba and Yasukawa pumps.

Nagle Pumps
Nagle’s product line includes wet and dry mounted vertical cantilever pumps, vertical submerged bearing pumps, fully submersible vertical and horizontal pumps. The Nagle philosophy of “Endurance Engineering” is a commitment to the design and manufacturing of pumps which provide the longest service life with minimum maintenance.
TWO/CWO Wet Pit Pump
Sizes: 1″ to 16″
Capacities: Up to 10,000+ gpm
Pressures: To 130 psi
Recommended for handling heavy slurries up to 70% solids, molten salts, and metals to 1500°F. TWO/CWO pumps are designed for wet pit installation with bottom suction or optional top suction.

CDO Dry Mounted Pump
Sizes: 1.5″ to 10″
Capacities: Up to 4,000 gpm
Pressures: To 87 psi
Recommended for heavy slurry applications not suitable for wet pit pumps due to tank agitator interference, including magnetite and ceramic slip pumping. CDO pumps’ true cantilever shaft design-no bearings, seals, packing, bushings or other rubbing parts are in contact with the pumpage.

MWO Wet Shaft Pump
Sizes: 1″ to 3″
Capacities: Up to 300 gpm
Pressures: To 54 psi
Recommended for light to medium weight slurries at near ambient temperatures and designed for wet pit installation.

MDO Dry Shaft Pump
Sizes: 1″ to 3″
Capacities: Up to 300 gpm
Pressures: To 54 psi
Recommended for light to medium weight slurries at near ambient temperatures not suitable for wet shaft pumps. Suitable for depth settings up to 3 feet; suction extension available to increase overall pump length.

SMR/SML Submersible Slurry Pump
Sizes: 1″ to 10″
Capacities: Up to 4,000 gpm
Pressures: To 104 psi
Large Impeller passages reduce wear, maximize solids handling and the wider sealing areas eliminate need for wear rings. Dual moisture sensing probes detect contamination and sound alarm.

SMV Submersibal Vortex Slurry Pump
Sizes: 2″ to 6″
Capacities: Up to 2,700 gpm
Pressures: To 190 psi
Non-clog impeller recessed out of the casing reduces wear and maximizes solids handling. Double mechanical seals protect motor from water and contaminants. Pump bypass feature removes pump pressure from motor seals.

YWS Wet Pit Pump
Sizes: 1″ to 16″
Capacities: Up to 10,000 gpm
Pressures: To 130 psi
Split yoke submerged bearings facilitate replacement without pump disassembly. Single volute, single discharge casing with progressive wall thickness maximizes service life.

FCH/FDV-H Horizontal Pump
Sizes: 1″ to 12″
Capacities: Up to 10,000+ gpm
Pressures: To 150 psi
Recommended for slurries with solids; large impeller passages reduce wear, efficiently manage flow. Heavy wall sections maximize service life and adjustable impeller maintains design conditions. Bearing isolators (Inpro) extend bearing life.
