Louisville Metal Hose (LMH) is a fabricating distributor specializing in Industrial, Braided, Meta, Composite, FDA Sanitary, Teflon, Chlorine. Powder, and Pellet Hose assemblies. We provide custom built hose assemblies to all types of industries with an emphasis toward Chemical and Petrochemical facilities. Most assemblies are made at our facility in Louisville, Kentucky. With no middleman, you deal direct with the manufacturer of your assembly, thus reducing the hazards of an inferior product.

Louisville Metal Hose expertly builds each assembly in-house; stocking standard and hard-to-find components…hose sizes from 1/4” through 16” diameter and the necessary end connections to fabricate what you need when you need it! We also size and build custom expansion joints as well as complete rebuilds of your existing units with our US Partner; Hose Master Inc. Regardless the size, condition, or damage of your Expansion Joint, we will provide you a timely estimate to repair as new!

We are also a full line Forbo/ Siegling Conveyor Belt Distributor? We have 5 belt presses and a crew trained to remove and install conveyor belts on-site when downtime is not an option. We have recently added a 48? High speed, one man Aero-Press to keep your belt splice costs down. This Aero-press can reduce your splice time below 15 minutes from start to finish.
