A patented internal air/oil separation system, u-cup design, urethane seals and large internal reservoir provide for millions of press cycles before servicing is required. In addition, the plant air supply is totally isolated from the primary hydraulic seals, extending cylinder service life. Essentially a Pneumatically operated Hydraulic cylinder with the benefits of BOTH without the Mess/Noise/Heat drawbacks associated with antiquated technology. Standard and Non-Standard units are available for quick delivery and options for the IntelliCyl cylinder (LVDT & Load Cell) for Force/Distance monitoring.


EMA Servo Actuators

HyperCyl-EMA Servo Actuators are designed for Longevity and Precision in mind. Repeatability of 2 microns (0.0025 mm) with up to 500mm/sec ram speeds and Output Forces from 1 - 222 kN make the HyperCyl-EMA a completely versatile system for numerous medium to high force applications. Ball Screw and Roller Screw configurations are available with internal Non-Rotate and Integral Load Cell Standard. HyperPress Assembly and Forming stations offer an adaptable solution for nearly any medium to high force need. C-Frames (gap-style), H-Frames (guided and unguided) along with the HyperPierce self-equalizing unit can complement a wide range of applications including; Dial Table, Assembly line, Automated Robot cells and even Standalone workstations. All HyperPress systems, when supplied with controls, are fully OSHA and ANSI compliant with redundancy relays, light curtains,tag-outs and mechanical guarding for operator safety.
