DESTACO manual toggle clamps are the industry standard for quick action workholding, used extensively in woodworking, metalworking, fixture checking, and assembly operations. These mechanical tools utilize an over-center toggle lock mechanism, allowing operators to apply massive holding force with minimal manual effort.

DESTACO's Pneumatic Power Clamps range from heavy-duty sealed clamps for welding environments to compact light-duty clamps for a variety of clamping, gripping and locating applications. The clamping devices are utilized for positioning and holding product securely, while the pivot units are intended to be utilized to tip, dump and/or rotate parts and tooling to the work position. These clamps have been designed with superior reliability, durability, longevity, and precision, and are specifically intended for harsh welding environments that demand superior clamping power.

Ideal for quick clamping in repetitive production operations, and yet are portable and economical to use on short run jobs with temporary fixturing.

DESTACO Pneumatic Toggle Clamps utilize the same basic design and operation as manual hold-down or straight-line toggle clamps, but are operated pneumatically. They retain the desirable toggle-lock safety feature, so they stay mechanically locked even with total loss of air pressure. Holding capacities are a function of the cylinder/clamp/pressure combination. The units are completely self-contained and require only a pressure source hook-up. Most models are equipped with a magnetic piston ring for end position sensing using optional switches.

Destaco EcoSmart BIW product line of smart, electric products represent an electrified versions of its pneumatic power clamps. The new 92W series electric power clamps will be offered in two sizes, a compact and heavy-duty version. The 92W offers adjustable speed, torque, and opening angles from the control module, with a total clamp movement of 360deg, or up-to-225 degrees with standard clamp arms installed. They also features integrated tolerance compensation that allows for part sheet thickness variations.
