Bimba's Electric Actuator line provides precise control of motion through both custom and off-the-shelf designs. The Bimba Original Line Electric® actuator is designed, built, and tested to provide the longest life, greatest durability, highest speed, and greatest thrust per dollar. They are ideal for applications requiring greater control for enhanced flexibility. Many mounting, motor, performance, and custom options are available to suit your application needs.

Bimba | TRD builds hydraulic cylinders with a variety of NFPA mounting options and leads the industry in delivery time. TRD's hydraulic cylinders have a 3000 PSI pressure rating; some NFPA mounts are rated lower for safety. A floating rod bushing (used in other designs) provides trouble free operation and long life. NFPA dimension design interchanges with competitive models.

Bimba | Mead offers standard pneumatic valves, binary valves, solenoid valves, foot, hand, or button valves, and custom valves designed for your specific application.

Flat-1® cylinders have been redesigned to include a number of new features and new catalog standard options. New features include permanent grease lubrication, standard hard chrome plated piston rods, and an improved bumper design. New standard options are available in the catalog as well, including metallic rod scrapers, low pressure hydraulic designs, and a standard mounting hole interchange for another compact cylinder manufacturer. Optional body and bearing materials have also been added to provide the outstanding option breadth that Bimba is known for in a high quality, compact cylinder design.

This medium-duty, extruded-aluminum-body, compact industrial pneumatic cylinder is offered through our MFD partnership. It's streamlined look offers a low cost, low profile option which is an excellent choice for space saving designs. Integrated switch profile grooves come standard for easy switch mounting.

The Intellipress™ bench top electric press complements Bimba’s hydraulic and pneumatic presses, providing complete control over process speed, pressing force and home position location. The multi-axis HSXZ series electric belt drive actuators offer 2-axis linear motion control using a unique single belt transport system that serpentines around both the X and Z axes which eliminates the need for a motor in the Z-axis while using two coordinated motors in the X-axis. Bimba offers two distinct lines of AIROS™ air preparation equipment: the legacy MG (formerly MFD) series and the new PG series. The MG Series is cost-conscious, standard air preparation, perfect for baseline pneumatic circuits. The PG Series features a high-quality design and performance and can be mounted in a smaller package than similar products!

Filters
