3AL Series Vacuum Pumps

Self-Contained Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump

The 3AL is an ideal alternative to rotary vane vacuum pumps and older liquid ring technology. The 3AL arrives ready to use and requires no external water or oil supply. It has a self-contained internal water circuit, is oil and maintenance free, and is insensitive to dust and water vapor. The only thing it discharges is cool, clean air. 3AL pumps are manufactured by Airtech up to sizes with capabilities of 260 CFM and can achieve vacuum pressure of 28.5"Hg (35 torr). Optional air-jets can be utilized to achieve vacuum levels better than 29.5"Hg (10 torr).  

3BA High Pressure Regenerative Blowers

High pressure regenerative blowers manufactured by Airtech make up the 3BA series regenerative vacuum/pressure blowers. Their regenerative blowers are an ideal alternative to standard rotary vane pumps and PD/rotary lobe blowers. Its innovative light weight and compact design adds to the ease of operation. 3BA regenerative blowers can quickly be added to your system with its easy to install close-coupled construction. The cool running outboard bearings increase service life. 3BA is OIL FREE, MAINTENANCE FREE, and operates at an industry low dB(A) sound level. The 3BA has an operating capacity range of up to 1500 CFM and can achieve an end vacuum up to 20" Hg or a pressure of 13 PSIG.

Dry Rotary Vane Pumps

Dry rotary vane pumps are oil-free vacuum pumps that are very low maintenance. The compact and lightweight design of the ORION series dry rotary vane vacuum/pressure pump adds to ease of operations. ORION rotary vane pumps are an ideal alternative to standard oil sealed rotary vane pumps. The ORION pumps can quickly be added to your system with its built-in particulate filters and silencers for quiet operation and the cooler running outboard bearing increases service life. Dry Rotary Vane Pumps eliminate the need for oil, are virtually maintenance free, and operate at a maximum of 70 dB(A). ORION pumps operate at a range of 5.5-150 CFM and can achieve an end vacuum of 27"Hg and pressure to 14 PSIG.

Liquid Ring Pumps

Airtech liquid ring vacuum pumps and liquid ring compressors are rotating, non-pulsating, positive displacement pumps. Liquid ring vacuum pumps, also known as water ring vacuum pumps, contain a single moving part, the rotor. The rotor is located eccentrically within a cylindrical casing. Liquid is supplied to the compression chambers. Airtech provides both single stage and multi-stage liquid ring vacuum pumps in various materials of construction for a variety of applications.

Rotary Claw Vacuum/Pressure Pumps

The Airtech positive displacement rotary claw design is air-cooled, dry-running, and non-contacting. These features along with quality construction results in a pump that is extremely high in reliability and a long service life. The non-contact design eliminates internal wear and maintenance. No water levels to check due to air-cooled operation and no sealing or lubricating oil is needed in the pumping chamber. 

The claw shaped rotors inside the pump housing rotate in the opposite direction, compressing the air and discharging through a silencer into the atmosphere. The anti-suck back valve in the inlet flange prevents back flow into the pumping chamber. The two rotors are synchronized by gears that are oil lubricated to facilitate a long gear life. 

Oil-Less Air Compressors

Airtech Central Oil-Less Compressed Air Systems are designed for medical and laboratory applications where oil-free air is required. The heart of our system is an oil-less reciprocating air compressor complete with cast aluminum crank case, heat dissipating aluminum alloy cylinders, sealed bearings, and a high grade PTFE compression and guide rings. The fully automated system can be tank mounted or base mounted in horizontal or vertical configuration. All systems are completely factory assembled, piped, and wired to simplify field installation.

L-Series Oil Lubricated Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps

Airtech's L-Series rotary vane oil-flooded vacuum pump is a real workhorse. Reliability and durability are ensured by its simple design. The L-Series Pump has integral exhaust filters, vibration isolators, and composite vane material which promotes longevity. The Airtech pump has an operating capacity range of 7-460 CFM while obtaining an end vacuum of 0.5 Torr. 

ATV Series Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps

Airtech's ATV rotary vane vacuum pumps are rugged, single stage, air-cooled, and direct drive. Its high efficiency design provides performance equal to larger vacuum pumps but with lower energy usage. These vacuum pumps offer ease of installation, automatic operation, and achieve deep vacuum level to 2.0 mm HgA. Pumping speed remains consistent through a wide vacuum range. The deep vacuum capability makes it suitable for a wide range of applications across many industries.
