AIR HYDRO POWER, INC. ACQUIRES CERTAIN ASSETS OF MOSIER FLUID POWER of KENTUCKY

Louisville, Kentucky (February 20, 2008) - Air Hydro Power, Inc. has acquired certain assets of Mosier Fluid Power of Kentucky and employed Mosier Fluid Power’s key management and sales staff. The acquisition will allow Air Hydro Power to strengthen its relationships with strategic accounts in Kentucky and Indiana.

Air Hydro Power Co-Owner, Thomas F.
