CUSTOMER INVENTORY
MANAGEMENT

Air Hydro Power offers a complete
inventory management system through its Breadman Program. The
program includes the following elements:
1.
Identification Tags & Labels:
|
|
Colored tags display needed
information for maintenance men during "Crunch
Time."
Colored bins neatly separate the product into Categories.
Labels display key identification points such
as a Description of the the fitting, Parker
Number, Picture of the fitting, and Sizes
of fitting ends.
We use Polypropylene labels that will not
stain, and we use Non-Removable Ink that will
withstand any demanding environment. |

The Communication
Center
A clipboard is provided so
maintenance men can communicate special projects or
special fitting needs. Whether it’s 1st, 2nd, or
3rd shift, everyone has access to the
Breadman Program, and they can expect a timely
response from the breadmen |

Fittings To Be
Identified Bin
We provide a large bin for unidentifiable
fittings or fittings that need to be placed back in
stock. The breadmen take care of these
fittings during their regular visit. |
|
Catalogs
We provide updated catalogs and
replace any that turn up missing.
Catalogs can be very useful tools
if you can find them and they are current.

| 4. AHP
Hose Krimping System |
|
|
Select proper style hose, and note the Color
Tag next to that hose, in this case Blue.
Select a fitting marked with a Blue Tag and in
a Blue bin.
When you select the proper fitting, note the Color
Dot that appears on the label, in this case Yellow.
Choose the Krimpdie that is labeled with a Blue
tag, and is painted Yellow.
Now you have Properly gathered the components
for krimping a hose. |

Parker Hose Tacks |
|
|
Versatility is the key when dealing
with hose storage devices. The Breadman Program is
well versed on available products and extremely flexible
to meet the Customer's Specific Needs, whether it
be storing 4 reels or 16 reels of hose. |

Racks |
|
|
AHP carries a complete line of bins and
racks to accomodate all situations. |

Electronic Bin Management |
|
|
The Parzap System
1. Scan the bin.
2. Enter an order quantity or the quantity of
items in the bin.
3. Transfer data to the Parzap program
4. Parzap creates an order based on Customer
Preferences.
Features: Reduced mistakes, tracks
usage, streamlines order entry, which invariably
simplifies the whole process. |
