Thank you! for choosing Air Hydro Power, Inc.  You have two options for setting up your Air Hydro Power Account.  You can download, print and complete the Credit Application and Credit Agreement below, or you can complete the online Credit Application and then fax the Credit Agreement.  Please note that credit cannot be approved until both the Credit Application and the Credit Agreement have been received.  Please, DO NOT forget to sign the bottom of the Credit Agreement. If the form is not signed, it will delay the application process.
1. Download the Credit Application and Credit Agreement or complete the Credit Application Online and download the Credit Agreement.
2. Choose Word format or PDF format and click on the appropriate link.
3. Complete the appropriate forms and sign the Credit Agreement.
4. Fax the appropriate forms to 502-456-2837
5. Account status will be available within 3 business days of Air Hydro Power receiving the Credit Application and the signed Credit Agreement.
